Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate the psychosocial needs of clients, formulating evidence-based treatment plans that include short and long-term strategies.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, using therapeutic modalities tailored to client needs, such as CBT, DBT, and mindfulness-based approaches.

• Work closely with the healthcare team, including physicians and social workers, to communicate patient progress and integrate feedback into treatment strategies.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of therapy sessions, case notes, and treatment progress in adherence to department and legal standards.

• Educate clients on mental health awareness through workshops and resources, enabling them to better understand their conditions and develop coping strategies.

The clients you will be serving come from diverse backgrounds and face a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and major life transitions. Your role is critical in assisting these individuals in navigating their unique journeys toward healing and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required to ensure a solid theoretical foundation for practice.

• An active state license as an LMHC or an equivalent state-recognized license is mandatory for this position.

• A minimum of three years of experience in an outpatient mental health setting is essential to handle the complexity and variety of cases you may encounter.

Compensation and Benefits\n
