At Express Employment Professionals — South Oklahoma City, you’ll spend your days connecting great people with local companies that need them. If you’re energized by conversations, quick problem‑solving, and seeing placements turn into success stories, this role offers a fulfilling path in staffing and recruiting.

Morning starts with reviewing active openings and your candidate pipeline. You’ll interview applicants, line up the best fits for open roles, and coordinate next steps. Midday often brings client check‑ins and new job orders. In the afternoon, you may lead onboarding/orientations for new hires and follow up with recently placed associates and clients to ensure everything is on track. Throughout the day, you’ll make purposeful outbound calls to recruit talent and cultivate client relationships, while keeping your records accurate and up to date.

• Recruit, interview, and place qualified candidates into appropriate roles.
• Align associates with the right opportunities based on skills and goals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and job seekers.
• Conduct onboarding and lead new‑hire orientations.
• Follow up with associates and clients to support successful placements.
• Make proactive outbound recruiting and sales calls.
• Keep candidate and activity records accurate and current.

• Preferred background in staffing, recruiting, HR, customer service, or sales.
• Excellent communication skills and a knack for relationship‑building.
• Self‑starter with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Highly organized, able to juggle priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
• Comfort making outbound recruiting and sales calls.
• Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
