Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.

• Manage stakeholder expectations and address project concerns.

• Oversee project activities throughout the preconstruction, construction, and warranty phases.

• Lead and mentor construction professionals, including superintendents, foremen, and other project staff.

• Manage project costs and ensure adherence to established budgets.

• Track project progress against schedules and established milestones.

• Manage project scope changes and evaluate their impact on schedule and budget.

• Ensure quality of work and conformance with project plans and specifications.

• Identify and mitigate potential project risks.

• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and applicable federal, state, and local labor and safety regulations.

• Represent the organization in the business community with customers, consultants, contractors, and public or private agencies and organizations.

• Manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Certifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.

• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience directly related to project management responsibilities.

• Experience managing various types of construction projects and working with different construction materials.

• Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.

• Familiarity with project management methodologies and industry best practices.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and other construction documents.

• Ability to analyze project data, identify problems, and develop practical solutions.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, schedules, and project requirements.

• Proficiency with project management software such as Procore.

• Experience with scheduling software and other relevant project management tools.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong planning, organization, and attention to detail.

• Sound judgment, decisiveness, initiative, teamwork, and flexibility.

• Ability to perform effectively in a high-stress construction environment.

• Ability to lead, mentor, and coordinate construction project teams.
