Title: 4K Special Education Aide position at Harmony Elementary

Job Description:
The School District of Milton is seeking applicants for a vacant part-time 4K Special Education Aide position at Harmony Elementary School. The employee will be working four (4) days (Tuesday through Friday) at seven (7) hours per day (twenty-eight (28) hours per week). The position will begin August 19, 2026 and will start at 8:15 a.m. and end at 3:45 p.m.

A starting wage of $18.30 per hour is offered for instructional aides with additional compensation available for candidates with aide experience in a public-school setting.

Qualifications:
The School District of Milton is seeking a compassionate and dependable individual to support teachers and students with disabilities in a variety of settings. Responsibilities may include providing academic, social, emotional, and behavioral support; assisting with student transportation; completing clerical tasks; and, as needed, providing personal care.
Qualified candidates will be well organized, possess strong communication skills, and be able to work collaboratively as part of a team. A valid Wisconsin driver’s license is required. Candidates must be able to lift up to 45 pounds and meet the physical demands of the position.
