Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:
- Valid Wisconsin Special Education Teacher License required

Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s unique needs
- Foster inclusive classroom settings, ensuring all students can participate and thrive
- Utilize evidence-based instructional strategies to promote growth in cognitive, social, and emotional development
- Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and families to monitor progress and adjust plans as needed
- Maintain accurate records, assessments, and documentation in compliance with state and federal mandates
- Engage actively in professional development to stay updated on best practices and regulations
