Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments on students to evaluate their mental health status, strengths, and needs, providing essential insights that guide their support plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy, tailored to each student’s individual circumstances.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists, nurses, teachers, and school administrators, to deliver coordinated care and support services.

• Educate students and their families about mental health diagnoses, treatment options, and medication management, empowering them to participate actively in their care.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, as well as family therapy, using evidence-based approaches to foster effective communication and healing.

• Develop robust treatment plans in conjunction with the treatment team, focusing on patient goals and preferences to ensure personalized care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with a diverse population of children and adolescents in a school setting. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
