Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify client needs, diagnosis, and personal and social history.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, drawing on accepted social work interventions.

• Provide therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, utilizing various therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, or narrative therapy.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, adhering to HIPAA standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and other health professionals, to ensure comprehensive patient treatment.

• Educate and empower clients about mental health conditions, coping mechanisms, and wellness strategies to enhance their understanding and proactive engagement in therapy.

Qualifications\n
