Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders, both in a virtual office and community settings.

• Establish and maintain positive rapport and trust with clients and co-workers, fostering an environment of collaboration and mutual respect.

• Conduct thorough, evidence-based screenings and assessments to inform treatment planning, ensuring interventions are developmentally appropriate.

• Create and implement integrated care plans that link clients to necessary resources, effectively communicating with family members and multidisciplinary teams.

• Deliver focused prevention, treatment, and recovery services tailored to the unique needs of a diverse clientele, adapting approaches to suit different backgrounds and beliefs.

• Engage in crisis intervention as necessary, applying best practices to support clients in urgent situations.

• Monitor and evaluate clients throughout their treatment journey, ensuring timely completion of documentation and data submissions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The social worker will primarily serve clients impacted by major mental illness and severe emotional disorders, many of whom may be in detoxification or recovery processes. This role requires cultural competency and sensitivity to the diverse backgrounds and histories of clients seeking assistance. Qualifications\n

• A valid License as an Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 - 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
