Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions for individuals and groups, employing evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques.

• Develop, implement, and modify personalized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and ongoing evaluations of each client’s progress.

• Collaboratively engage with a team of healthcare professionals to coordinate care, ensuring comprehensive support for the client’s mental health journey.

• Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential clinical records using prescribed electronic health record systems.

• Participate in regular supervision and team meetings to discuss cases, seek advice, and stay updated on best practices in the field.

• Provide crisis intervention services when needed, guiding clients through acute mental health challenges with sensitivity and expertise.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment options, empowering them to take an active role in their health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adult clients grappling with various mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use disorders, within a supportive detox center setting. Clients may present unique challenges and diverse backgrounds, requiring a nuanced understanding of their individual circumstances. Your role will be crucial in delivering culturally sensitive care that addresses their specific needs and promotes recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Current active LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker) license in the state of Massachusetts.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience in social work, preferably within a behavioral health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
