Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, which include psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments, to understand the needs of your patients fully.

• Develop, with your patients, personalized treatment plans that take into account their unique backgrounds, cultural contexts, and individual goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), in various formats including individual, couple, family, and group therapy.

• Provide crisis intervention services to patients facing acute distress, ensuring immediate support and reassurance.

• Maintain clinical documentation accurately and promptly, including progress notes and treatment plans, while adhering to clinic policies and regulatory standards.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, empowering them with the tools and strategies necessary for effective management.

• Regularly assess patient outcomes to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment and modify plans based on data-driven insights.

• Stay current with mental health research and best practices, integrating new knowledge into your therapeutic approach.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
