Key Responsibilities\n

• Effectively communicate with medical professionals to report on client progress, highlight needs and concerns, and identify any emerging issues that require attention.

• Maintain thorough, accurate, and up-to-date clinical records, including progress notes, in compliance with department policies and applicable regulations.

• Provide immediate support and intervention to clients experiencing crises, ensuring their safety and guiding them towards appropriate solutions.

• Conduct regular assessments and document clients' progress towards established treatment goals, modifying care plans as needed to address evolving challenges.

• Consult and coordinate efforts with clients' family members and support systems to develop holistic treatment and discharge plans that are culturally and contextually appropriate.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The role specifically targets individuals undergoing detoxification and those dealing with substance use disorders, mental health conditions, or dual diagnoses. Our clients often face significant life challenges related to addiction, trauma, and emotional distress. The successful candidate will be expected to provide trauma-informed care, understand the complexities of addiction, and employ evidence-based practices to assist clients in their recovery journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

• Valid and active state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or equivalent.

• A minimum of three years of experience in an outpatient treatment setting, with a focus on mental health or substance use.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently, with self-direction and exceptional organizational skills.

• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with word processing software, email communications, spreadsheets, and electronic medical record systems.

Preferred Experience\n

While the baseline for required experience is three years, candidates with additional credentials or specialized training in trauma care, addiction treatment, or advanced therapeutic modalities will be highly regarded. Experience with telehealth platforms and remote therapeutic interventions will also strengthen your application.

Compensation and Benefits\n
