Key Responsibilities\n

As a Clinical Social Worker, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to identify clients’ needs and strengths while developing individualized treatment plans grounded in solution-focused practices.

• Administering therapeutic interventions tailored to each client, utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Maintaining meticulous clinical records that comply with all legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in documenting client progress.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated care, sharing insights and strategies to optimize treatment outcomes.

Your primary focus will be supporting children and adolescents in school settings, along with their families. You will address a range of mental health issues while promoting emotional well-being and academic success. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid LICSW license in the state of Massachusetts.

• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience with a specialization in psychotherapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
