Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children referred to early intervention services.
\n
• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), tailoring support to address the unique needs of each child and family.
\n
• Monitor progress and outcomes as a collaborative team member, ensuring effective delivery of services and making adjustments as necessary.
\n
• Build rapport with children and families, fostering an environment conducive to learning and emotional growth.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices thoughtfully, focusing on natural learning environments that align with the child’s developmental goals.
\n
• Provide families with education, resources, and support strategies to enhance their child’s developmental progress.
\n
• Maintain compliance with all relevant Federal and State regulations regarding social work practices.
\n
• Implement strategies from the coaching model for effective interactions in natural settings.
\n
• Ensure the health and safety of all team members and individuals served by adhering to established safety standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with children experiencing developmental delays or disabilities during their critical early years. The goal is to provide holistic support and promote skills in various areas such as physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication. Through tailored interventions and family support, you will play an essential role in enhancing life outcomes for these children.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.

• LICSW certification required, with licensure from the Department of Public Health in Washington State.
\n
• A valid driver’s license is required for any potential in-person engagements.
\n
• Exceptional organization and time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple cases effectively.

• Strong communication skills to engage collaboratively with families and team members.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Employees are also eligible for a comprehensive benefits package which includes:
