Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments as part of a multidisciplinary team to evaluate the developmental status of infants and toddlers.

• Develop and implement personalized Individual Family Service Plans (IFSPs) that set clear, achievable goals for children’s development in collaboration with families.

• Engage with children aged 0-3 through hands-on developmental activities that promote cognitive, emotional, and social growth.

• Document all interactions and progress meticulously, including notes, reports, and assessments, to ensure continuity of care and compliance with data collection standards.

• Serve as a primary service coordinator for families, managing schedules, intervention plans, and evaluations to maintain compliance with timelines and procedures.

• Foster trusting relationships between parents, caregivers, and children, guiding families to become strong advocates for their child's development.

• Facilitate parent-child interactions and provide therapeutic support through both individual and group intervention sessions focused on achieving development milestones.

• Regularly assess and document family and child strengths, concerns, and advancements to tailor services effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with infants and toddlers up to three years of age who are experiencing developmental delays or are at risk thereof. Your work is centered on nurturing their growth while addressing their families’ cultural backgrounds, priorities, and unique challenges. You will be a key resource for families, guiding them in navigating early intervention services and fostering their child's development in naturalistic settings.

• Current Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in the state of Washington is mandatory.

• A Bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
