Work Environment\n

This role is designed for a remote work setting, delivering flexibility while maintaining a collaborative environment with our clinical staff. You will work Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, without the demands of evenings or weekends, allowing for a balanced professional and personal life. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of mental health needs for a varied client base, establishing treatment plans tailored to individual goals.

• Utilize current best practices in psychotherapy, assessment, and consultation to deliver effective treatment interventions for clients experiencing mental health disorders.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary primary care team, enhancing coordination between mental and physical health services.

• Ensure adherence to all mental health policies and regulatory standards, maintaining the highest quality of care.

• Evaluate and perform timely intakes for new patients, ensuring respectful and thorough engagement.

• Provide crisis intervention and counseling services during critical periods, empowering clients to navigate their mental health challenges effectively.

• Refer patients requiring more intensive care to appropriate facilities or specialists when necessary, helping them access crucial additional resources.

• Screen patients for substance use disorders and refer those with positive screenings to suitable support programs available in the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LICSW will work with a diverse array of clients in terms of age, cultural background, and presenting issues. This includes those facing mild to severe mental health disorders, relationship challenges, and various life stressors within a school-based setting. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
