Senior Product Designer

Seeking a full-time Senior Product Designer to work remotely, who will own the end-to-end design of major product enhancements within Check Console, translating complex payroll systems into intuitive user experiences while collaborating closely with engineering and product leaders. Key responsibilities Own the design process from problem framing to shipped experience for product enhancements Translate complex payroll systems into intuitive user experiences and improve existing product patterns Conduct user research to uncover insights and validate design decisions, elevating visual and interaction design Required qualifications 6-10+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or a similar role Strong UX instincts with the ability to simplify complex systems and workflows Experience designing workflow-driven products or operational software A portfolio demonstrating systems thinking and strong visual design craft Experience conducting user research and translating insights into product improvements #J-18808-Ljbffr
