EXPEDITOR COORDINATOR / CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (WAREHOUSE)
Location: Houston, TX 77066
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Overtime: Possible based on business needs
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Expeditor Coordinator / Warehouse Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is proactive, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced warehouse and logistics environment.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and expedite customer orders to ensure on-time processing and shipment.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for warehouse customer service inquiries.
- Communicate with warehouse personnel, carriers, and customers regarding order status and shipping updates.
- Monitor pending orders and proactively resolve delays or discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records.
- Prepare and update reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Enter and maintain data in warehouse systems with a high level of accuracy.
- Assist with scheduling shipments and coordinating daily warehouse activities.
- Support other administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
- Previous experience in warehouse customer service, logistics, shipping, receiving, or expediting is required.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills are required.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Positive attitude with a "go-getter" mentality.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
- Self-motivated and dependable.
- Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Team player with excellent customer service skills.
- Comfortable handling multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
