National commercial and residential manager/owner is seeking a professional HR Manager in the Santa Ana/Tustin area. Firm has under 100 employees and provides amazing healthcare coverage, 401K and matching, bonus potential, team building events, and more. This role will be hands on in all aspects of human resources including recruiting support, onboarding, payroll, mentorship development with team managers, company leadership and much more. Responsibilities Interfacing with site staff Providing guidance to on-site Managers for mentoring and developing staff Working alongside senior Partner, and providing project support Providing problem resolutions for various issues on-site Working with internal payroll support to manage payroll Recruiting for various positions, and supporting on-site managers with recruiting guidance Onboarding and conducting new hire orientation Tracking employee files and training progress Running employee/Manager meetings to resolve issues if needed Managing employee leaves of absence and compliance Assisting employees with benefits inquiries Mentoring HR Assistant throughout specialty projects Researching employee files as needed Supporting staff through new hire orientation process Interfacing with insurance companies for benefits inquiries Working on internal HRIS system Ensuring proper documentation for all areas of HR Providing project support to HR Director Special Skills Ability to work well with others Strong listening and people skills Extensive HR knowledge and proven work history Must Have BA or BS in related field required 8+ years experience in HR Management, or Employee Relations Management MS Office - intermediate to advanced Bi-lingual Spanish/English skills highly desired #J-18808-Ljbffr TORP Group
