-2nd shift Cabling $21.50/hr

-2nd shift Extrusion Operator $23/hr

-2nd shift Hall $20/hr

-3rd shift Extrusion $23.50/hr

-3rd shift Maintenance Tech $23.45/hr

Hours:

1st shift-8a-4p Mon-Fri

2nd shift-4p-12a Mon-Fri

3rd shift-12a-8a Mon-Fri

$1,000 temporary sign on bonus after 90 days.

Extrusion Operator Job Duties and Qualifications:

• Following computerized instructions accurately set up, operate, and troubleshoot individual conductor extrusion process.
• Follow production schedules.
• Follow processes and correct errors to eliminate scrap and down time.
• Inspect product according to current Standard operating procedures and/or Control plan.
• Problem solve production issues as products are set up and ran to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Accurately charge times to jobs.
• Utilize correct raw materials ordered from Material Handler as needed for your assigned process.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Material movement via hand truck.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to walk and stand for duration of 8 hour shift.
• 1-2 years of manufacturing experience.

Cable Operator Job Duties and Qualifications:

• Set up, operate and perform preventative maintenance on cabling process.
• Utilize computers to view production schedules, specifications, routings, and record production.
• Assemble die, spreader plates, reels of conductors, insulating materials.
• Order raw materials from the material handler as needed.
• Perform and document all quality inspections as required.
• Good problem solving skills
• Verbal and Written communication skills
• Dexterity
• Basic math
• Basic computer skills
• High school diploma/GED
• 1 to 2 years previous manufacturing experience preferred.

Hall Job Duties and Qualifications:

• Safely operate a variety of equipment (example: re-spoolers, jacket stripper) simultaneously to produce quality product
• Follow set-up requirements
• Rework product per work instruction on non-conforming material tags
• Manipulate and transfer reel of material weighing upwards of 200 pounds safely

Maintenance Job Duties and Qualifications:

• Performs preventative maintenance as assigned.
• Troubleshoot and repair production process lines.
• Assist with equipment retrofits/upgrades as needed.
• Complete maintenance records.
• Maintain building and grounds.
• Other duties as assigned.
• High School Diploma or GED required along with a 2 year technical degree or equivalent certification experience.
• Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work with little or no supervision.
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics
