Must be lightweight enough for a functional leader to complete in under 30 minutes. Minimum fields: problem statement, business owner, estimated value, data availability, ORM risk classification triggers, and alignment to the AI roadmap.Use case inventory — a live, centralized registry of every AI initiative currently in flight, in backlog, or under consideration. This is the first artifact the AI Working Group will see from this team. Current, complete, consistently structured.Prioritization framework — the scoring model the AI Strategy team uses to rank use cases: strategic alignment, value potential, feasibility, time to value, and risk tier. Transparent and defensible — explainable to the Working Group in two minutes.E2E lifecycle governance — documented process for how a use case moves from intake through ORM risk classification, Working Group approval, delivery, and into adoption. Defined SLAs at each stage and documented escalation protocols.Ongoing Responsibilities:Portfolio health tracking across all active initiatives — status, dependencies, risks, and decisions needed.Operating rhythm for the AI Strategy team — cadence of reviews, Working Group preparation, and cross-functional coordination.Resource coordination between AI Strategy, ORM, and the CTO's engineering teams to ensure initiatives are sequenced against actual capacity.Experience Profile:Senior program or delivery manager — 8+ years.Has built intake, inventory, and prioritization frameworks as deployed operational tools, not slide-deck concepts. PMP or equivalent.Financial services or regulated environment experience strongly preferred.
