Job Description Cardinal Staffing Services hiring a Quality Inspector for a Union Facility located in Warren, MI. This position maintains quality standards by approving incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products, recording quality results. Responsibilities of the Quality Inspector Include: • Inspect automotive foam components for tears, rips, cuts, and other defects• Check components for missing, damaged, or improperly placed Velcro• Identify and separate defective or damaged parts• Follow established quality inspection procedures and specifications• Pay close attention to detail when examining each component• Document and report quality issues as required• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area• Work efficiently while maintaining consistent quality standards• Communicate quality concerns to supervisors and production team members
Qualifications• Strong attention to detail• Ability to identify small defects and inconsistencies• Ability to perform repetitive inspection tasks while maintaining accuracy• Reliable attendance and punctuality• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
