Customer Service Specialist

Looking for a friendly team where you can help customers and keep the day moving? We're hiring a Customer Service Specialist to be a helpful, positive point of contact for our customers. This role is great for someone who enjoys talking with people, staying organized, solving problems, and working with a team that supports one another.

About the Role

Help customers by phone and email with questions, quotes, shipment updates, and scheduling.

Enter pickup information, track shipments, and follow up on urgent items.

Work closely with Dispatch and Operations to keep customers informed and resolve issues.

Support basic administrative tasks, documentation, and daily department needs.

What Makes You a Good Fit

You're friendly, dependable, organized, and detail oriented.

You communicate clearly and enjoy helping customers solve problems.

You're comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Customer service experience is preferred, and transportation experience is a plus—but not required.
