Job Description Job Description Talento Search Group has an opening for a Welder Fabricator in the St. Charles, Illinois area. This is a direct hire position and the pay range is $25-29 per hour, depending upon experience and capabilities. Duties & Responsibilities: * Interpretation of schematics / blueprints / drawings * Assembly of product based on design * Fabrication and welding of components as needed for finished product * Ensure that all Safety / OSHA regulations are adhered to * Maintain proper working condition of tools, work space, etc Qualifications: * HS-Diploma or Equivalent * At least 3 years of experience in fabrication,TIG welding, and stainless experience * At least 2 years of pipe welding experience * Strong experience reading and understanding blueprints About Talento Search Group: Talento Search Group is an executive-search firm servicing the manufacturing and logistics companies nationwide.
