Compensation Hourly pay: $17.00 – $21.00 Commission (non‑exempt): $2.00 – $8.00 per membership sold; $0.60 – $2.40 per Fun Pass sold Commission (exempt): $0.50 – $10.00 per membership sold; $0.15 – $3.00 per Fun Pass sold Paid bi‑weekly (unless state law requires otherwise) What You’ll Do Oversee and maintain video and skill games, kitchen equipment, register systems, and coin and ticket mechanisms. Oversee and maintain arcade games, registers, IT systems, and ticket dispensers. Manage the electrical and mechanical aspects of the game room; perform daily preventive maintenance and repairs. Troubleshoot, repair, and replace defective electronic components, boards, and computers. Operate stage show equipment; manage repairs and preventive maintenance of compressor operation, lighting, sound, pneumatics, valves, cylinders, and stage show cosmetics. Maintain an inventory of electronic equipment, mechanical parts, and tools. Maintain a budget for equipment, parts, and supplies. Maintain a safety‑focused attitude at all times. Skills We’re Looking For Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot to the component board level. Strong planning, organizational, and multi‑tasking skills. Excellent attention to detail. Effective time management and sense of urgency. Military experience, a technical degree, or prior electrical or mechanical training (preferred). Minimum Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be able to work up to 45 hours per week. Must have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Essential Job Functions and Work Environment Lifting or carrying objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing/pulling, walking, and squatting during shifts. Handling job stress and interacting effectively with guests and team members. Working in an environment with flashing lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noise.
