We emphasize a culture of wellness and professional growth, offering our therapists flexibility with a schedule that allows for work-life balance.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough evaluations of patients to identify physical limitations and develop individualized treatment plans that align with their therapeutic goals.Implement a variety of treatment techniques, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modality use to relieve pain and improve function.Monitor patient progress, regularly reassessing treatment effectiveness and making adjustments to the plan in collaboration with the healthcare team.Educate patients and their families on exercise techniques, mobility aids, and self-management strategies to empower them in their recovery process.Document all treatments and progress meticulously in electronic health records to ensure comprehensive patient care and facilitate communication with the rest of the treatment team.Stay updated on the latest advancements in physical therapy through ongoing education and participation in professional development.Patient Population / Client FocusOur clinic caters to a broad patient population ranging from pediatric to geriatric, focusing on individuals recovering from injuries, surgeries, or managing chronic pain conditions. You will work with patients suffering from orthopedic issues including fractures, joint replacements, and soft tissue injuries, utilizing evidence-based practices to help them achieve optimal recovery outcomes.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy required; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.Current, valid state license in Physical Therapy.Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and multi-disciplinary teams.Proficient in electronic documentation and comfortable using various health information systems.Ability to adapt to various patient needs and flexible to change within a fast-paced outpatient environment.Preferred ExperienceExperience in orthopedic physical therapy is advantageous but not mandatory; new graduates are welcome to apply.Background in working with assistive devices for mobility is a plus.Prior experience in outpatient settings is beneficial.Compensation and BenefitsWe offer an attractive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with employer match, and a generous sign-on bonus.
