Position Overview The Revive Motion Clinic in Morristown, New Jersey, is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Licensed Physical Therapist to join our supportive and engaged outpatient team. Key Responsibilities Assessment: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients with functional limitations and disabilities to develop individualized treatment plans that enhance mobility and quality of life. Consultation: Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care and communicate patient progress effectively. Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations and treatments in compliance with state regulations and best practices. Patient Education: Educate patients and their families regarding their conditions and therapeutic exercises to promote active involvement in recovery. Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and other therapists, to coordinate care and discuss ongoing treatment needs. Leadership: Participate in community outreach initiatives, program development, and mentorship of support staff and interns. Professional Development: Engage in continued education and attend staff meetings to enhance clinical competencies and contribute to shared knowledge within the clinic. Patient Population / Client Focus The primary patient population at Revive Motion Clinic consists of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and other musculoskeletal disorders. Our approach focuses on evidence-based practice tailored to meet the diverse needs of our patients, with a strong emphasis on recovery, mobility enhancement, and functional independence. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required. Must possess a valid State License in Physical Therapy and maintain good standing with all regulatory and licensing bodies. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is mandatory. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective team collaboration and patient interactions. Proficient in electronic health records and documentation methodologies. Preferred Experience While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in outpatient orthopedic settings or familiarity with musculoskeletal rehabilitation protocols will be given preference. Strong leadership qualities and experience in mentoring junior staff or students are also beneficial. Compensation and Benefits This Full-Time Physical Therapist position offers a competitive salary, ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
