Instructional Designer (eLearning)

Seeking an innovative Instructional Designer (eLearning) for a temporary, fully remote position that focuses on designing and developing engaging skill-based eLearning courses to enhance employee performance and align with organizational goals. Key responsibilities: Conduct job and task analyses to define learning objectives and identify training solutions Collaborate with Program Managers and Subject Matter Experts to develop comprehensive training curricula Design and develop new training programs using advanced instructional design principles and adult learning theory Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years of instructional design experience Experience designing training for complex subject matter across various delivery modalities Proficiency with course authoring tools and eLearning development software Strong project management skills Familiarity with design methodologies such as ADDIE and SAM
