Job Description Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic B (2nd Shift) to oversee and perform repairs on production facility equipment. Responsibilities Perform mechanical preventative and repair maintenance on all production equipment following written work order scheduling and verbal instructions from the maintenance manager. Troubleshoot, maintain, and resolve issues related to DC equipment and controls. Understand and troubleshoot issues related to electrical three‑phase systems. Perform equipment installation and welding. Record work performed on provided forms. Follow OSHA and company safety guidelines. Identify parts needed and maintain an inventory of parts in the stockroom. Perform equipment changeovers. Other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED and three (3) years of industrial maintenance experience. One (1) to three (3) years of PLC troubleshooting experience. One (1) to three (3) years of experience with electrical – such as three‑phase. Maintenance troubleshooting experience. Three (3) years of manufacturing maintenance experience. One (1) to two (2) years of experience with pneumatics. Knowledge of fabricating, electrical, pneumatics, welding, and rigging. Ability to troubleshoot equipment problems. Fluent troubleshooting techniques. Good machine shop skills. Good oral and written communication skills. Ability to work the hours required to complete assigned tasks.
