Pay: $150,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year

Location : Atlanta, GA. Attorneys work fully in-office five days per week during their first 90 days. After 90 days, this transitions to an attractive hybrid schedule with three days in the office and two days remote.

Note : Candidates must be active members in good standing of the Georgia Bar and have 2+ years of personal injury law experience. We are seeking attorneys who can confidently manage litigation matters, communicate effectively with clients and opposing parties, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Job Description

• Manage personal injury litigation matters from lawsuit filing through resolution or trial.
• Develop case strategy, draft and respond to discovery, prepare and conduct depositions, and handle motions and court appearances.
• Build strong relationships with clients while communicating regularly with adjusters, opposing counsel, experts, and other parties.
• Prepare cases for trial and confidently advocate for clients throughout the litigation process.
• Lead and collaborate with a litigation support team to keep cases moving efficiently and strategically.
• Evaluate claims, damages, liability, evidence, and settlement opportunities.
• Apply pre-litigation case management and negotiation experience when appropriate.
• Handle matters involving commercial motor vehicles and expand your expertise in trucking litigation.
• Work independently while remaining accountable to clients, your team, and case deadlines.
• Maintain exceptional attention to detail, organization, responsiveness, and professional judgment.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia Bar license in good standing.
• 2+ years of personal injury law experience.
• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Strong litigation, legal research, writing, negotiation, and client communication skills.
• Ability to manage cases independently while collaborating effectively with a litigation team.
• Trial experience preferred.
• Commercial motor vehicle or trucking litigation experience is a plus.
• Experience supervising or leading legal support staff is preferred.
• Spanish/English bilingual skills are a plus.
• Familiarity with Westlaw, LexisNexis, or comparable legal research platforms.
