Litigation Paralegal

A busy and growing law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support a high-volume litigation practice. The successful candidate will play a critical role in case management, trial preparation, and day-to-day litigation support.
Responsibilities- Manage litigation matters from intake through resolution
- Prepare, file, and track pleadings, motions, correspondence, and court filings
- Handle state and federal e-filing
- Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, and other case-related events
- Manage discovery, document productions, and case files
- Prepare trial binders, exhibits, and hearing materials
- Maintain calendars and monitor litigation deadlines
- Communicate with clients, courts, experts, and opposing counsel
- Assist attorneys with employment litigation, contract disputes, severance matters, and other civil litigation matters
- 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience
- Experience with state and federal court filings
- Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and deadlines
- Experience with employment litigation, commercial litigation, contract disputes, or related matters preferred
- Personal injury experience is a plus
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced legal environment
