We’re looking for an experienced, energetic Leasing Associate who knows what it takes to successfully lease up a new community. What You'll Do

• Help drive the lease-up of 308 brand-new apartment homes
• Create an exceptional first impression for prospects and introduce them to the Arden Oxmoor lifestyle
• Conduct engaging tours and confidently showcase apartment homes, amenities, finishes, and the surrounding Oxmoor location
• Build and maintain a strong prospect pipeline through consistent, personalized follow-up
• Convert leads into leases while helping the team achieve aggressive lease-up and occupancy goals
• Manage applications, leasing paperwork, and move-in coordination with accuracy and urgency
• Develop genuine relationships with future residents from their first inquiry through move-in and beyond
• Help plan and execute resident events, outreach efforts, and activities that establish Arden's community culture from the ground up
• Collaborate closely with the onsite team to adapt quickly as construction progresses and new apartment homes are released
• Weekend availability required

What We're Looking For

• Previous apartment leasing experience preferred
• Lease-up experience a plus
• A proven ability to generate urgency, follow up consistently, and close leases
• A positive, polished, high-energy personality that naturally connects with people
• Someone who thrives in the excitement and changing priorities of a new construction lease-up
• Strong sales, communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• A team player who is ready to jump in wherever needed
• A passion for hospitality, customer service, and creating memorable resident experiences
