Verify documentation and maintain accurate customer records. Process vehicle registration paperwork to support auction transactions. Communicate registration requirements and next steps to customers. Maintain accurate logs, files, and documentation. Partner with Sales and Customer Service to resolve issues. Support efficient sale-day registration operations. Resolve documentation discrepancies and **escalate** issues as needed. Handle customer and transaction information with confidentiality and professionalism. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Requirements for Vehicle Registration Specialist / Customer Service Administrative, customer service, or related experience. Some automotive related experience is a plus. Able to work outside during all weather conditions. Able to be on your feet all day. Attention to detail is a must. Regular and consistent availability and attendance. Must be at least 21 years of age. Must possess a valid driver’s license, for duration of employment. Clean driving record. Need to pass pre-employment screening.
