Assistant Project Manager

Summary

We are seeking a Transmission Project Coordinato r to support a portfolio of transmission development projects. This role will work closely with project managers, engineering, environmental, land, regulatory, and stakeholder teams to help advance projects through planning and development

Location: Amarillo, TX (Onsite)

Tuesday-Thursday- In office

Monday/Friday- remote

Responsibility

Coordinate project activities across multiple internal teams and stakeholders
Support project schedules, milestones, and deliverable tracking
Facilitate meetings, track action items, and maintain project documentation
Assist with project reporting, forecasting, and portfolio tracking
Monitor project risks, issues, and development progress
Support communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
2+ years of project coordination experience in utilities, infrastructure, engineering, or capital projects
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Experience supporting schedules, project documentation, and stakeholder coordination
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
