We are a small CPA firm in Melville, NY looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to manage our front office and support our tax professionals. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their documents are handled with extreme accuracy and confidentiality. This role is essential to our firm's workflow, especially during our peak season from January to April and September to October.
- Experience: 1–3 years in a professional office environment; experience in a tax or accounting firm is a major plus.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (especially Excel/Outlook) and familiarity with tax software like CCH Axcess is highly desirable.
- Reliability: Must be able to work full-time hours, including occasional overtime during the tax season peak.
$30 per hour
