Role Description 

The Kronenberger Insurance Agency, affiliated with State Farm, is seeking a Customer Relationship Specialist who is passionate about delivering exceptional client service. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, building relationships, and contributing to a collaborative, high-standards team environment.

You will receive structured training, ongoing coaching, and the autonomy to serve clients effectively — with support and guidance, not micromanagement.

Position Responsibilities

• Assist clients with policy updates, coverage questions, billing inquiries, and claims support
• Deliver proactive, solutions-focused service that strengthens long-term client relationships
• Support client retention and referral initiatives through consistent follow-up
• Identify potential coverage gaps and coordinate warm handoffs to licensed sales team members
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely resolution of client requests

Qualifications

• Property & Casualty Insurance Licensed 
• Highly organized, dependable, and service-oriented
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Effective follow-up and problem-resolution abilities
• Collaborative, team-first mindset
