The Kronenberger Insurance Agency, affiliated with State Farm, is seeking a Customer Relationship Specialist who is passionate about delivering exceptional client service. You will receive structured training, ongoing coaching, and the autonomy to serve clients effectively with support and guidance, not micromanagement.

Position Responsibilities

• Assist clients with policy updates, coverage questions, billing inquiries, and claims support
• Deliver proactive, solutions-focused service that strengthens long-term client relationships
• Support client retention and referral initiatives through consistent follow-up
• Identify potential coverage gaps and coordinate warm handoffs to licensed sales team members
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely resolution of client requests

Qualifications

• Property & Casualty Insurance Licensed
• Highly organized, dependable, and service-oriented
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Effective follow-up and problem-resolution abilities
