ABOUT OUR AGENCY

I opened my agency in 2024 and currently lead a growing team of three. Before joining State Farm, I worked in the hospitality industry, where I developed a strong foundation in customer service and building relationships. My interest in agency ownership began when a mutual friend opened his own State Farm agency, inspiring me to pursue the same path. I went through the Agent Aspirant Program and hit the ground running toward opening an agency of my own. Outside of work, I'm a proud husband and father to one daughter. I love spending time with my family, golfing, and staying active. I also played college football, which helped shape my competitive mindset and team-oriented approach. Staying connected to our local community is important to me, and I enjoy being involved through the Chamber of Commerce and other community activities. ROLE DESCRIPTION

As an Account Manager for Bj Nagle - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth. Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers. Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues. Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS
