GTM Operations Analyst

Supporting the day-to-day operations and strategic execution of the global Account Management organization, the full-time GTM Strategy & Operations Analyst will work remotely to improve forecasting, pipeline generation, and overall operational rigor while partnering closely with Account Managers and leadership. Key responsibilities Serve as a key operational partner to Account Managers and AM leadership, resolving day-to-day operational questions and escalations Own and support the AM operating rhythm, including forecasting, business reviews, and performance reporting Inspect renewal, expansion, and retention performance to identify trends and translate findings into actionable recommendations for leadership Required qualifications Strong understanding of B2B SaaS post-sales and Account Management motions Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets with experience analyzing large datasets Advanced Salesforce reporting and dashboard experience Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employer sponsorship
