This remote position allows you to provide impactful mental health services while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. The salary range for this role is competitive, offering between USD 70,000 – 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload availability.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver tailored therapeutic strategies to clients through personalized therapy sessions.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to establish effective treatment plans.

• Implement a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation and records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities such as workshops and training sessions to stay current with developments in the mental health field.

• Contribute to team meetings, sharing insights and collaborating with colleagues to enhance client treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary client population includes individuals and families from diverse backgrounds who are often underserved in traditional healthcare settings. Many clients may be facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use issues. Your role will be instrumental in bridging the gap between these individuals and the psychological support they desperately need, ensuring they feel heard, valued, and understood.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a counseling setting, particularly in community-based or clinical contexts.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards relevant to mental health practice.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective rapport-building with a diverse range of clients.

• Proficiency in utilizing Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software and related technologies to track client information and case documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse counseling is highly desired.

• Demonstrated ability to work cohesively with a healthcare team and contribute to comprehensive client care.

• Annual salary is competitive, with a range of USD 70,000 – 90,000 based on experience and patient volume.
