What you´ll do Lead & support the implementation of Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) management systems and programs to ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with Henkel standards across designated facilities in the Houston Area. Lead safety, health, and environmental investigations by identifying risks, recommending engineering and process improvement solutions, and coordinating corrective and preventive actions to reduce workplace injuries, illnesses, and environmental impacts across diverse operational environments. Conduct SHE inspections, audits, and compliance assessments; identify gaps, communicate findings, and partner with site leadership to drive timely corrective actions and continuous improvement. Independently prepare SHE reports, recommendations, and compliance documentation while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support site-wide goals. Develop and deliver SHE training, procedures, and communications that translate regulatory and company requirements into effective workplace practices. What makes you a good fit Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS/SHE) management, preferably in a chemical, manufacturing, or industrial environment. Strong working knowledge of federal and state OSHA regulations and their practical application in the workplace. Experience conducting risk assessments, investigations, audits, and developing effective corrective and preventive actions. Professional certification such as CSP, ASP, CHMM, CIH, or equivalent is preferred.
