Work Environment\n

This is a full-time position based remotely, with the option of 30-40 hours per week. You will work within our outpatient office framework, ensuring that all services provided are evidence-based and client-centered, while remaining compliant with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients, formulating crisis interventions, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication treatment plans.

• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, adhering to all regulatory standards.

• Implement evidence-based screening tools as recommended by the interdisciplinary clinical team to monitor client progress and outcomes.

• Collaborate with various team members and programs to create and implement effective positive behavior support plans.
\n
• Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes to maintain the highest standards of facility operation.

• Serve as a liaison among existing service systems, state agencies, and community partners to advocate for client needs and resource access.

• Foster open, effective communication with stakeholders to ensure contract standards are met and to support our mission in the community.

• Develop relationships with local, state, federal, and private organizations to promote our programs and explore new partnership opportunities.

• Pursue ongoing professional development through attendance at conferences, workshops, and statewide meetings relevant to mental health counseling.

• Support and integrate the agency's mission, values, and principles into your daily work.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to assist with the overall operations of the practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse patient population that may include individuals experiencing mental health challenges, substance use disorders, developmental disabilities, and those in recovery from acquired brain injuries. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
