The Analyst, Business Intelligence is a skilled data analyst who excels in uncovering insights from various datasets, translating information into actionable recommendations, and optimizing advertising performance through data-driven strategies. As part of the Media Monetization Strategy & Success organization, they will work collaboratively with Customer Success and Ad Operations to provide insights that enhance campaign effectiveness and inform strategic decisions.Job Responsibilities:Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs, including CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and more. Partner with Customer Success and Sales teams to support client presentations and business reviews Communicate insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in clear and actionable ways to enhance campaign outcomesEnsure data integrity, quality, and consistency across reporting systems.Respond and produce additional ad hoc reporting analysis requests and assignments as the need arises.Education and Work Experience:Bachelor's Degree Business, Statistics, Economics, Marketing or related field. (Required)Prefer 2+ years experience related to business intelligence.Analyst experience in a publisher, advertising agency, or ad tech. Experience in conducting and communicating data-driven analyses; proven experience with quantitative and qualitative analysis and report writing.Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Google Analytics, or BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI)Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Communication Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills. Actual earnings may be higher or lower depending on individual performance and overall company results. The base pay range reflects the compensation component of this opportunity. The candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. To find the pay range for this role based on hiring location, T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on individual and/or company performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
