You’ll collaborate directly with district Occupational Therapists, playing a vital role in managing their caseloads across one to three campuses. In this dynamic role, you will work with students to foster progress towards their individualized goals, making a lasting difference in their school experience. The assignment is set to begin as soon as possible and runs through May 2027, offering job stability and the chance to develop deep connections with both students and colleagues.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license
• Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively under the supervision of registered Occupational Therapists
• Exceptional organizational and communication abilities
• Commitment to supporting students’ physical, emotional, and educational development

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans for students
• Provide direct therapy services and document progress
• Adapt activities and environments to support student access and participation
• Visit assigned campuses weekly to deliver consistent intervention
• Maintain accurate records and collaborate regularly with OTs and educational staff
