Senior HR Assistant Opportunity in San Ramon, CA!

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our Candidate Care & Operations team. This role offers the opportunity to work in the vibrant Bay Area, specifically in San Ramon, CA, with occasional travel to Sacramento and Fresno. Enjoy a mostly on-site position with the flexibility of one remote day per week after the training period.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor in-person testing at various locations to ensure a fair and secure environment.
• Set up testing stations, verify identities, record attendance, and manage test documentation.
• Address inquiries related to Candidate Care & Operations using established policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records in HR and relationship management systems.
• Provide administrative support, handle confidential information, and communicate required steps to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in HR operations support.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
• Experience using relationship management, HR, applicant tracking, or case management systems.
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and confidentiality.

Preferences

• Experience proctoring in-person tests/exams.
• Excellent presentation and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
