What You'll Do

• Screen and evaluate patients with cognitive and/or ADL physical functioning disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with regulatory and clinical standards
• Implement rehabilitative interventions including ADL retraining, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and assistive devices
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatments as needed
• Document clinical activities accurately in electronic systems
• Provide consultation and family counseling regarding treatment plans
• Support and supervise occupational therapy assistants and students as needed

What You Need

• Valid OT license in Missouri or ability to obtain one
• Minimum 1 year of occupational therapy experience preferred
• Strong assessment and clinical documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a healthcare team
• Commitment to ethical practice in accordance with NBCOT/AOTA standards
