This position exists to improve the efficiency of the Resource Acquisition and Distribution (RAD) unit workflow and mitigate risk of process failure. The position will work with the RAD Supervisor and other stakeholders to develop, document, improve, and implement processes; ensure compliance with Office of Grant Management (OGM) policies, including conducting pre‑award risk assessments and good‑standing checks; review outgoing contracts and amendments for accuracy; and work with internal stakeholders to establish and continuously improve agency internal controls around grant management. Minimum Qualifications Three (3) years of experience performing analysis, exercising judgment, and relying on knowledge in grant, contract, or finance administration. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Writing, Nonprofit Management, or related field is equivalent to one (1) year of experience. An Advanced degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Writing, Nonprofit Management, or related field is equivalent to eighteen (18) months of experience. Applicants who meet the above education/experience requirements will be further evaluated based on the following: Experience working with state or federal grant programs. Experience with process improvement and implementation, including developing and writing process documentation, and other supporting resources. Experience performing audits and/or quality assurance analysis. Experience with risk assessments, risk mitigation, and a solid understanding of internal controls. Effective written and verbal communication skills sufficient to establish working relationships. Preferred Qualifications Project management certificate or experience. Experience with MS Dynamics CRM environment. Experience working in the non‑profit or government sectors. Experience in monitoring compliance to state and federal grant and contracting regulations. Familiarity with MN State Procurement Statutory guidance and policy and Federal OMB Uniform Guidance.
