Applies knowledge of growth and development to perform detailed assignments/interventions. Provides consistent care based on the changing physical and psychosocial needs, unique to the patient. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S) Associate's degree in Nursing Minimum one (1) year nursing experience. Currently licensed to practice as a registered nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact AHA BLS prior to end of orientation period ACLS required within six (6) months PALS required within six (6) months ENPC required within twelve (12) months WHY PENN STATE HEALTH?
