Job Description

• the facility is seeking 1 Locum Advanced Practice Provider (NP with RNFA or PA) for Gynecology Surgery at the facility Regional Medical Center - Atlantic City, NJ & the facility
• Pomona, NJ (2 facilities) Gynecology Surgery First Assist Coverage Location (Facility Name, City, State): Pomona NJ and Atlantic City NJ Dates of Coverage: 6 months Reason for Coverage: Vacancy Practice Setting (Inpatient/Outpatient/Clinic/Rounding/Admitting): Inpatient OR Schedule (Shifts/Hours): Days, M-F Call Schedule: N/A Call Ratio: N/A Average Number of Patients Per Day: 2-6 surgeries a day Documentation System/EMR: Cerner/ Oracle Trauma Level/Designation: 3 Board Requirements (ANCC, AANP, NCCPA, etc): First Assist Certification w/ Robot Will you Accept Providers Needing to Obtain State License? No Certification Requirement (BLS, ACLS, etc.): Whatever is standard for an NP or PA in this role Will APP be Working Autonomously? No Supervising Physician Present During Assignment? (Please Explain): The surgeon doing the case Training or Experience Required (Will You Accept New Grads?): No Procedures (Please Note Required/Preferred): Robotic Gynecological surgeries Patient Age Demographic (Adolescent, Child, Adult, Geriatric): Adult Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 2-3 Mo Will Your Facility Reimburse for the Following Costs? Submission Requirements

• Board Certified NP [REQUIRED]
• First Assist Certification w/ Robot [REQUIRED]
• Active New Jersey State License [REQUIRED] (must hold current license; cannot wait for licensing)
• BLS, ACLS, and ATLS or ATCN Certifications (AHA) [REQUIRED]
• Experience with Cerner EMR [PREFERRED]
• NPDB Self-Query report (Should be pulled within 30 days) [REQUIRED] , required at the time of presentation
