Title: Legal Compliance Associate Analyst Location: Newburyport, MA (100% Onsite) Duration: Contract Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Shift: Day Shift Job Summary Support a large-scale licensing and compliance project related to fertility pharmacy rebranding. Responsible for preparing, tracking, managing, and submitting regulatory applications and licensing documents while ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements. Key Responsibilities Prepare and submit regulatory and licensing applications Track application status and maintain compliance records Gather required documentation and signatures Manage digital and physical documents Support regulatory compliance initiatives across multiple jurisdictions Coordinate with internal stakeholders to meet project deadlines Ensure accuracy and completeness of licensing documentation Qualifications Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies or related field required 0-2+ years of compliance, legal, licensing, regulatory, or paralegal experience Prior paralegal or licensing experience preferred Skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and SharePoint Experience with document management systems Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Excellent organization and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities Strong communication and collaboration skills Fully onsite position in Newburyport, MA High-volume document and compliance management Collaboration with legal, compliance, and licensing teams #J-18808-Ljbffr
