About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Data and Analytics Officer to lead the development and implementation of data strategies and analytical methodologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the use of data to address tax compliance issues, support policy research, and advance data-driven approaches in tax administration. This role involves ensuring best practices in various analytical fields, including statistics, computer science, data science, and artificial intelligence, and leading efforts to establish a data-driven culture within the organization. The Chief Data and Analytics Officer will also be a key partner with senior leadership, providing insight and guidance on the application of data in strategic planning and decision-making. Applicants for the Chief Data and Analytics Officer position at the company must have a strong background in leading and managing programs within a data-driven research organization.
