Licensed Practical Nurse LPN

Job Description We are seeking a Private Duty Nurse (LPN's and RNs) to join our team! You will be responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of assigned patients. You will be providing one on one care with patients in their home. Looking for dayshift and nightshift, must be able to alternate weekends if wanting full time. Hiring for full and part time positions and PRN. Pay based on experience: LPN: $25-30/hour. Responsibilities: Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients Diagnose and establish patient treatment plans Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities Maintain accurate patient medical records Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members Qualifications: Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields Familiarity with medical software and equipment Ability to build rapport with patients Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Requirements: TN State Nursing License, BLS certification, recent TB skin test or be willing to get one at time of hire, driver’s license, be able to pass a background screening and drug screening, car insurance, and have reliable transportation. #J-18808-Ljbffr 6AM City, LLC
